Fjolle

Fjolla is originally from Kosovo,

She is currently our Nurses Manager and originally joined our team as a Dental Nurse in October 2019.

She qualified as a dental technician in Kosovo in 2015 and worked there 1 year as a Dental Technician and 4 years as a Dental Nurse.

In 2020 Fjolla became a registered GDC member and received the National Diploma in Dental Nursing in the UK.

She has developed plenty of experience in assisting the dentist and also enjoys working with our Implantologist. This work includes advanced surgical procedures like placing implants, bone augmentation and sinus lift - a field of dentistry which Fjolla is fascinated by. Fjolla also has experience in general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics & orthodontics.

In her role as Nurses Manager she supervises various elements of the dental practice, providing support and direction to enhance the performance, skills and knowledge of the nursing team & training new nurses. She also works closely with the practice management team to deliver quality dental care to patients in line with CQC, GDC guidelines, Health & Safety requirements and other legislation.
