Davia Pitkauskiene (Specialist in endodontics)

Dr Daiva Pitkauskiene studied Dentistry at Vilnius University, Lithuania, qualifying in 2002. Subsequently, she completed three-year post-graduate studies in Endodontics, at Vilnius University, Institute of Dentistry, at the same time working in the private practice as a general dentist. She then acquired the qualification of a Specialist in Endodontics in Lithuania.During her residency Dr. Daiva Pitkauskiene wrote a large-scale literature review article on morphological anomalies of teeth and endodontic management that was published in Lithuanian Odontology Journal "Stomatologija" ("Dentistry") in 2006.After completing studies in Endodontics in 2006, three years has worked as a Specialist Endodontist in private practices in Vilnius, Lithuania.In February 2009, she moved to London and worked in private sector as a general dentist with a special interest in Endodontics.In February 2010, Dr Daiva Pitkauskiene was registered with the General Dental Council as a Specialist in Endodontics and since then has been working as a Specialist Endodontist in one of the Harley street practicesShe has particular interest in Endodontic treatment of the teeth with complicated anatomy and morphological anomalies and has good skills working with electronic microscope and retreating already root treated teeth.Daiva is a member of the British Dental Association, British Endodontic Society and European Society of Endodontology, attended numerous conferences and courses in Endodontics and General Dentistry.Dr Daiva Pitkauskiene speaks English, Russian, Italian and Lithuanian (native).

Davia Pitkauskiene is currently at Tutor at Guys Dental Hospital.
